Low Back Pain + Massage
Have you ever had low back pain? If you answered yes, you know how debilitating it can be. And, you are not alone. Low back pain is the second most common cause of disability in US adults and a common reason for lost work days. What do you do to help that low back pain? Take some Tylenol or Ibuprofen? Wait it out and suffer through it, hoping it will go away on its own? MAYBE try a couple of stretches?
Men Need Massage Too
I want you to think about the men in your life. What characteristics do they have? Hard working? Provider? Stubborn? Men take great pride in providing for their families, and most do a pretty darn good job of it too. You know what else they can be good at? Putting themselves on the back burner, "getting through the pain", or saying, "Ah, I'm good, it'll buff out." Sound familiar? Yeah, same here.

Pre-Natal Care: Part 2
I’m back for part 2 of my pre-natal care blog. I got so wrapped up in supplements, that the first part was a little longer then anticipated. Almost every mom I’ve met has had some sort of pre-natal tension or pain at some point in their pregnancy. So, what can you do? Continue on to find out! Here are my 3 Must Have Therapies:
Pre-Natal Care: Part 1

The Power of Touch
Touch is very powerful, both bad and good. I want to discuss the power of touch in a healthy, loving environment. Did you know that to thrive in relationships, as a baby, or as a child touch is SO important? The smallest touch can activate those reward centers in the brain and make us feel better. We feel happier, safer, more confident, more soothed and more connected.
