Pain Relief Creme
Pain Relief is a rich lotion filled with properties to aid in the healing of stubborn pain or tension. We recommend it to clients to gain relief between sessions and to keep inflammation down. We specifically chose certain essential oils to help reduce inflammation and pain in muscle tissue.
Essential Oils Used:
Peppermint: Great for muscle tension. It’s cooling effect is great for soreness and pain.
Muscle Aid: An essential oil blend that treats pain, strains or sprains.
No Worries: An essential oil blend used for courage and bravery. It also has properties that help with balancing the body, which makes this a great addition to our pain roller.
Wintergreen: Used to help ease headaches, nerve pain, and menstrual cramps.
Directions for Use: Apply a small amount of lotion to the area of pain. Essential oils used in this lotion are strong, so don’t use too closely to eyes or sensitive areas. May reapply about every 2 hours, as essential oils begin to wear off.
